About Me

Hello! I'm new to Couchsurfing... looking to get my first recommendation soon! My name is Alejandro, but I am essentially just another human being experiencing life on this beautiful planet. I was born in Lima, Peru and have lived in the U.S., UK and just recently moved to Mexico. I feel very grateful to continue having amazing experiences with wonderful people in transformative places with the only requisite of keeping an open and fearless heart. I feel I have lived at least a couple of lives already through a continuous process of self discovery. It is through this process that I have gotten the opportunity to value life and its unlimited richness and beauty. Every moment has the potential for giving and receiving. And everyone you meet, the potential of being your teacher.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This last couple of years have been transformational. A veil was lifted and life is much more enjoyable than before. The world has opened up and I intend to find any opportunity I can to meet and share with others. Life is short! Couchsurfing seems like a great way to do this. A conversation, a sunset, a smile. Shining eyes. A crashing wave delivering a whisper. Simple joy.
