About Me

Born and raised in Venezuela, living in Australia for the last 10 years. After spending a very long time completing an undergraduate double degree (Arts/Law) I took a turn and became an entrepreneur and digital nomad. Rather than spending my time on endless theoretical pondering (Arts) or arguing about the semantics (Law), I realised that now technology provides the tools to enable anyone to start taking action and solve problems that are meaningful to them. Now I travel the world connecting with entrepreneurs and investors, and transferring all the knowledge, best practices and capital to Venezuela.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am travelling the world gathering insights from different cultures and connecting with the local start up ecosystems. The best (and only) way to get the most of each trip is to meet locals. I'm here to meet new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

The Harry Potter series had a major impact on me growing up. I'm an unashamed Potterhead.

More recently, I have enjoyed reading biographies, business books, and some fiction. If you would like to know more about what I'm reading you can check out my Goodreads profile -

For some reason, I quite like movies about time travelling - Donnie Darko, Butterfly Effect, Inception, XMEN - Days of Future Past. I rarely go to the cinema, mostly catch up on films during long haul flights.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Starting a company in Venezuela. Investing in the country as the economy crumbles, creating new jobs and inspiring other people to start meaningful projects has been an amazing experience.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've been told I am quite a decent story teller. With a solid repertoire of stories about pretty much anything and everything, and a unique bit of humour and insight, I can provide the hosts with a solid wine and banter evening.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, United States, Venezuela

Countries I’ve Lived In
