I’m currently working as a Sr. Quality Engineer in the medical device field. I am starting a Master’s in Computer Science. I was born in the United States, in the New York City metropolitan region. I lived my teenage years in South America (Colombia) where I acquired a passion for traveling and languages. I taught myself Portuguese and while attending college in Colombia I won a scholarship to study French at l'Alliance Française.

I am on Couchsurfing for a number of reasons:
* I love to travel and discover new cultures.
* I'd love to practice the languages I have learned and learn new ones. I am currently learning Russian.

Hiked all the way to the top of Saint Isabel Volcano, Went Hot Air Ballooning in Cappadocia, Went Paragliding in the Atlas Mountains
