About Me

Hi my name is Alejandro , I am from Caracas Venezuela . I am currently doing a Master in Information Systems in the WWU Münster. I am a normal outgoing guy, . I like to dance Salsa and Latin rhythms , also I love to travel but now that I am student again that will need to stop for a little bit. I like to know the cities by walking them, know some traditional pubs in the city by taking some beers. Also I like to know new cultures and typical dishes of the region.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couchsurfing because friends recommend me this way of travel and meeting local people. If the host has time can give you great tips to know the place you are visiting and drink a couple of beers or coffee to share experiences. The bad thing of staying in hotels is that is probable that you can not meet anyone interesting.

Music, Movies, and Books

Well as a person from a country of the Caribbean See. I really like Latin rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue, Bachata . Also I like the Beatles and pop music in general.

My favorite movies are the ones related to time travel and multi dimension theories . Science fiction in general.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I have done is doing Scuba Diving in a Motu in Easter Island (Chile). At that time I was traveling solo and I haven't done scuba diving for a couple of years, but I took the change and did one of the most remotes immersion in my life. Nothing to regret!!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can talk about the political situation in Latin America. And teach how to cook an Arepa. Arepa is the traditional food in Venezuela and Colombia. Is like a bread made of corn flour and can be filled with cheese, beans or meat. Also if you are learning Spanish we can have a conversation in this language =)

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Brazil, Chile, France, Germany, Peru, Portugal, Spain, United States, Venezuela

Countries I’ve Lived In
