Overview
About Me
I am a really open minded person, who loves to travel and meet new people. I grew up in Barranquilla, Colombia. Then I started to study International Business which I consider is my passion.
During my studies I had the chance to make a Dual Degree program in Poitiers, France. This was a unique experience, actually my first international experience, full of people from all around the world. It was a great opportunity to share with different cultures that brings different ways of thinking, eating, talking, etc.
After my studies I decided to make my internship in the Incredible India. Mumbai adopted me for one year and I have to say that it changed my live. Such a great experience in the other side of my world. I had the chance to make a trip around Asia which gave me a better perspective about the world.
Then I came back for a year to Colombia and worked in a family business, but after some time I got bored and then went to work to Panama for a few months. But to be honest I have always wanted to work for me and thats when I decided to come back to Colombia and open my own business www.ovinter.com
Now I am a happy entrepreneur with a great desire to grow everyday as a person and as a professional.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I think that the best way to get to know a place is being so rounded by the people there. You can never compared the experience with a local person with the experience in a hotel.
Locals, can share, teach, advise, and give you the best perspective of their cities and countries. This for me is priceless.
