ABOUT ME

Born and raise in a small coastal town in Venezuela, a country of many diverse, beautiful natural environments, to which I was introduced in many family excursions since the age of 3. Growing up I was always in close contact with nature. Naturally, I developed a deep appreciation and an intense interest for the natural sciences and the outdoors.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard about this tool from a friend who has taken advantage of it extensively on his travels, so I used it during a trip to south eastern Europe and it was incredible I had amazing hosts, made friends and visited secret spots that only a local would know.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have travelled at different moments in my life, but never used this website until a few months ago in Belgrade, Budapest and Barcelona and it was a great experience, I met delightful people and now I want to continue using it. Someday when I establish myself my house and knowledge will be open to nice travellers, I hope it is soon.

I love being in contact with nature, I regularly camp out, which stills provides me with a wealth of wonderful experiences, I'm passionate about sports I practice surf, kite surf, snowboarding, rock climbing, trekking, kayaking, mountain bike and sailing, also tennis when I'm in the city and I have a partner.

Movies: Fight Club, Snatch, all Almodovar films, La migliore offerta, Let the right one in. Music: All types, lately I mean from this year I have been listening a lot: Pretty Lights, Gramatik, Ratatat, Air and Bonobo. Books: The Little Prince, The Alchemist, Pin Pan Pun, La Novia Oscura, Delirio, Bobes el Urogallo, Piar caudillo de dos colores, El hombre que amaba los perros, Amores en tiempo de colera, El libertador en su laberinto, The Da' Vinci Code....

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I paraglide the skies of Venezuela, Colombia and Spain, that is when I feel more at home. I have ringed flamencos for research purposes in the Ebro Delta, Spain. I rode a motorbike from south Spain to England. I surfed with dolphins on the coast of Lima. I travelled on mountain bike a 1000 km around the south east coast of England. There are more tales but I prefer to tell them in person ;-)

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I'm open to learn new skills, I want to enrich my knowledge on the exotic and endemic nature of this beautiful and great island. I will be happy to teach what I know, maybe during this trip it could be surf and kite surf which are the toys that I have for this adventure around Australia.
