ABOUT ME

I am Civil and hydraulic/hydrological engineer and I am finishing my master course in hydroinformatics. Beside that, I am a persone who needs to work in social staff. since I was 14 I am teaching inmigrants i my home town and latelay I started a NGO with some friends in Nicaragua. In my interest sqaure text I will write a bit of my cronology in this sence.

I love hiking and trekking. I also climb, but I still a learner (I still scared when I have to be the first one to climb up to the mountain).

I found the love with my girlfriend Anna. She completes me and she makes me a better person.

Well, nothing else to say right now. Maybe I will write more tomorrow ;)

PHILOSOPHY

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have many friends who are using CS for several years. All of them have very nice experiences and no troubles. Last year I was travelling a lot and now I feel that it is the moment to start enjoying CS with world wide people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My flatmate Marko Adamovic is in CS for long time. He usually host many people at home and everybody I met is really nice. Under my name I have never host anyone, but I host several people in my place and all experiences were awesome.

Interests

Foundation (2004) and collaboration (6 years) on "El Rama" (Nicaragua) project. Two times in the area (summers 2005 and 2007). Main objectives: Reconstruction of the Primary School infrastructure, educational equipment and sensitization. Achieved objectives: reconstruction of two blocks of classrooms, provision of books for all levels (from kindergarten to high School), provision of computer room and a small mobile laboratory. Current objectives: reconstruction of the last block building.

Scout guide (6 years) in the "Group Escort Mn. Jaume Oliveras La Garriga. At present conducting “Rangers” (from 11 to 14 years). In previous years leading children of “Llops” (from 7 to 10 years), “Pioners and Caravels” unit (from 15 to 17 years) and “Truc” (from 17 to 18 years)

Dates From June 2008 to October 2009
Elaborating the Water supply, sewerage and drainage in Alto Atahualpa and Atahualpa (Ecuador) project.
Main activities and responsibilities: Travel to recollect information (ground survey, socio-economic studies, river flow capacity, water quality analysis, rainfall data and existing infrastructure data), the hydraulic design system and the structural design and calculation.

RDT (August 2010) in Anantapur (India). Helping in architecture department, hydraulic structures analysis and databases.

I am a fanatic of films. I like independent cinema, but I also enjoy with superfilms as could be CRASH. To be honest, I like almost everything I watch.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I love to travel. I have been in Morocco, USA, Ecuador, Nicaragua, India and more than half europe. I cannot say where is the most amazing thing I ever seen. I just can say that everywhere I have been there is something special that makes sence to have travelled there!
