About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Live. Love. Learn. Leave a legacy.
ABOUT ME
I enjoy science, sports, laughing, cooking and life. I work as a mechanical engineer in Houston, TX.
PHILOSOPHY
I was put on this earth to make it a better place - I will do this through my unique abilities which enable me to understand and implement science and math, both alone and with groups. I will also do this by spreading and sharing joy, laughter, and love.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I plan on helping others with their travels by showing people around Houston. Once I am comfortable with hosting others, I will.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far I've only CS-ed on close friends couches. My aunt and uncle host CSers regularly and told me about the project.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Gangs of New York, Caddyshack, Ghostbusters, Back to the Future, O Brother Where Art Thou
Music: TV On the Radio, Muse, Radiohead, Passion Pit, Phoenix, The Arcade Fire, MGMT, Interpol, NOFX, The Black Keys, The Flaming Lips, The Beatles, Mozart, Old Crow Medicine Show, Cut Copy, The Clash, Bloc Party Bach, Miles Davis
Books: Kurt Vonnegut's books, "Atlas Shrugged" and "The Fountainhead" (although I do not think that Ayn Rand's philosophy maps over to the modern world perfectly), "Surely You're Joking Mr. Feynman", "The Autobiography of Malcom X"
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The view from Mt. Pilatus in Lucerne, Switzerland was the most beautiful thing I've seen. Graduating with my engineering degree is my most proud achievement.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can tutor anything that I've learned in my mechanical engineering degree: calculus, chemistry, thermodynamics, physics, etc. just ask
I can only speak English fluently. I know small amounts of Spanish and German. I'd love to learn about your language.
I love to share my sense of humor with everyone. I think that is something that defines me as a person.
