At the moment, I'm on Couchsurfing specifically because I want to meet more Italian travelers and improve my Italian as much as I can before my next trip to Italy.

Music:
- I love old school heavy metal above all, but am a fan of anything in between - from Johnny Cash to Enigma to Lady Gaga to you name it.

Movies:
- Who doesn't love action movies? Indiana Jones and James Bond basically made up my childhood and I still can't get enough of them.

Books:
- I'll admit, it's been a while since I've read a fiction book, but I have quite the collection of books on strength and fitness, which (while it may bore the shit out of you) fascinates me to no end.

I up and moved from the Midwest to the Mideast! I have no family in Israel but felt drawn to live here, so I left a comfortable life behind in a quest to taste, touch, and feel as much as I can and see what life's really all about.

I'm happy to teach any and all travelers some useful nuggets of information on how to stay fit while traveling, or help them improve their English/English slang.

I want to learn Italian because it's the most beautiful language in the world and fun as hell to speak! Also, the fact that it sounds light years prettier than Hebrew and English doesn't hurt.

And I'd love to share with you my favorite restaurants, cafes, and historic sites in Jerusalem if you ever decide to come hang out!
