Estonian-Russian artist based in London. At the moment I am perusing my MA Fine Art at University of the Art London.

I was born in 1989 in the capital of Estonia when it constituted the part of Soviet Union. Made my BA in Tartu (the second largest city in Estonia) which is often considered the intellectual center of the country due to the nation's oldest and most renowned university, the University of Tartu. While studying sculpture I did one year exchange program in Riga, Latvia, mostly working with the 2D mediums such as painting and drawing. Along the studies I was also involved in restoration of old orthodox icons. Before graduation I had a chance to organise the workshops dealing with an old-technique of clay firing in a self-build kiln in rural areas of Portugal and Italy. During the studies to reach all these destinations I used to hitchhike with my faithful companion - my dog.

After a year I decided that I need not only to continue pursuing my studies in MA and make new contacts outside my home country but also to consider the place where art scene is well developed, and London became my choice.
