Overview
About Me
I am a psychologist from Łódź, Poland, doing my research on psychosocial risks in musicians' work. I spend my free time enjoying our lovely city (nothing better than Pietryna in summer!), learning English and trying to find new ways to practise it in an unconvential & effective ways, writing my blog and trying to become social media ninja to promote it ;), developing my public speaking & leadership skills at Toastmasters meetings,
but also doing some super-typical staff like cooking, meeting with friends, reading books (thrillers, self-development books, biographies), or watching TV series (recently: The Good Place!)

Teach, Learn, Share
I'm interested in a lot of things, which, by the way, I always perceived as my strength ;) I love learning and reading about: self-development, managing home budget, biographies and success stories, learning strategies, psychology, of course, but especially about stress-related health problems, dealing with stress, mindfulness, social psychology.... But also on-line marketing, social media... Really, I just love knowing things ;)
