Hi! I am a university student with a deep love for travel, art, music, horror movies and coffee!
So far my absolutely favorite travel memory has been to Tanzania. It was absolutely amazing!!! We went with a group of people to, first, Zanzibar. Absolutely recommend it to everyone! When I saw that we are staying right by the Indian Ocean, I felt like I was in one of the "dream destination" pictures! So incredibly beautiful!!! The untouched nature, the gorgeous beaches and hospital locals, left such an incredible impression on me. We woke up in the mornings, went to the local market to get freshly gathered fruit for breakfast (ever since I have not been able to enjoy pineapple and watermelon from a supermarket), went to the beach four hour long swims, went snorkeling, explored the island in jeeps, sipped on cocktails and watched the stunning night sky. It was here, where I had my first fresh coconut ever. We went with one of the locals on his fishing boat, and while he was fishing for our lunch, we went snorkeling. When we were tired from the snorkeling and seeing the most beautiful corals, sea creatures and fish I had ever seen, we returned to the boat and we had fresh coconut on a boat in the Indian Ocean by the shores of Zanzibar. What a dream come true!
After a couple of days, we took a ferry to Dar Es Salaam and from there took a 12-hour long bus ride across the city to get to the Ngorongoro national Crater. i must admit that I absolutely enjoyed every hour spent on the bus ride. The scenery I saw during this ride, and the local life that I noticed, was like nothing I had seen before... Dar Es Salaam was a very eye-opening experience as well.
And then - my DREAM, we went on a safari trip in Ngorongoro, and saw the big five in real life! The elephants were the ones I was the most excite about - literally the reason of my trip.
I am so grateful for this trip, it will definitely stay in my memory for my entire life.

Now I am slowly working towards my goal of visiting every single country in the world. So far so good :)
