Aleksandra has worked with Sennheiser, Petzl, Aztorin, The North Face, Geberit, Merrell, PAJAK, and many others. Her photo was featured on the cover of National Geographic Magazine Poland (January, 2022). Other photographs were published in Squamish Climbing Magazine, Reykjavik Grapevine, Gazeta Wyborcza, Onet Podróże, Gazeta.pl, CRAG Magazine.

She has documented the winter traverse of Poland's mountains by Łukasz Supergan and Morskie Opowieści, a traverse of the Polish coast by Mateusz Waligóra. As a climber and documentarian, she took part in the international climbing expedition Project Armenia, recognised by the Royal Geographical Society. The expedition resulted in the opening of the first climbing area on the pristine cliff walls of Dilijan.

She has completed many of her own travel and sports projects, such as a winter bicycle traverse of the Balkan Peninsula (over 4,000 km) and long-distance marches through Iceland, Lapland and the Himalayas of Nepal. She has 13 years of climbing experience gained in the Tatras, the Alps, the Yosemites, the Caucasus and other climbing areas of the world.
