Hello friends,
I am from Toronto, Canada. Currently, me and my boyfriend are on an around the world trip so we can't hoat anyone at the moment.
First things first: I LOVE to travel and meet new people. I am also a freelance photographer and I have a passion for health and fitness. I love being active and the outdoors. I am always up for trying to new food but I do like to eat healthy and organic as much as I can. That being said, I also like a good glass of wine with my meal, but who doesn’t?! ;)

We have both travelled quite a bit, but there is so much more to see. Check out the list below of the countries I’ve been to.

I was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia, but I moved to Canada almost 20 years ago! Mike is Canadian born but his background is Sicilian/Ukranian!

We love ALL kinds of music! I especially love roots reggae, indie, salsa and house music!

Both me and my boyfriend are new to couchsurfing, but we are hoping to meet some fun and interesting new friends. Let the adventures begin!

Interests

I have so many interests which can be a problem sometimes! Haha I can never make up my mind.
I love photography especially portrait photography, travel photography, documentary style photography.
I love learning about nutrition and sustainable living. Anything to do with health, fitness and well-being will grab my attention. I also love to cook!
I enjoy swimming, volleyball, salsa dancing and anything outdoors. I hate being indoors all the time so I try and spend as much time as I can outside (when it’s warm as I am not a huge fan of cold weather!)
Being on the beach is my favourite thing. You could probably find my picture in the dictionary by the description of the word ‘beach bum’! 
I love sunsets, coffee and wine and a good deep conversation.
I love history and learning about new places, cultures and traditions.

Favourite Books: Dove, The Alchemist, Eat Pray Love, Beyond Training, All Day Energy Diet, The Lost Girls, The Pilgrimage and pretty much anything by Paulo Coelho.

Favourite Movies: The Gladiator, The Count of Monte Cristo, The Beach, Inception, Titanic, City of God, Cast Away, The Lion King, Midnight in Paris, The Count of Monte Cristo, Vicky, Cristina, Barcelona.

Music: I love all music except heavy metal.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It’s hard to pick just one, but if I have to pick sandboarding in the Atacama Desert was pretty cool!
