ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Aleksa.
I am 22, studying medicine, interested in healthy lifestyle - I'm a vegetarian, keen on animals and eco stuff, 3-times a week on gym.
I'm also pole dancing.
I'm living with my fiance, Kuba, who is also my best friend and travelling partner, we have a dog together - french bully, Mięśniak.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My mom and I used to travel and sleep in my mother's friends houses (Yeah, my mom was the first couchsurfer!)! I love this way of travelling, meeting new people and cultures.

From this site I was couchsurfing in Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Kiev, Paris, Tours, Copenhagen. Rio de Jaineiro, Sao Paulo, Foz de Iguazu, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Budapest, Merida, Moscow - so nice experience!

Interests

I started pole dancing about 2 years ago, and until I went for Erasmus it was my great hobby. Unfortunatelly, due to many reasons I had to stop pole dancing for some time.
I love yoga, it helps me manage with the stress.

books: travel literature (especially polish) - but my favorite book is "Gone with the wind"
movies: my fav director is David Fincher, but i love also Tim Burton's movies, but in fact my fav movie is also "Gone with the wind" :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- take part in pole dance competition
- saw elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras in a natural environment
- lying in a starry night at the equator listening to banjo
- visited festival of love in Verona
- hitchhiking from Zabrze to Warsaw (i now that's not much, but i loved that experience)
- drink absinth in Barcelona in the same place as Salvador Dali :D
- (get drunk by absinth in Barcelona)
- at midnight in Paris drank wine near the eiffel tower
- visited Disnayland!
- concert in Christiania (Copenhagen)
- carnival in Rio!
- horse riding in Georgia
