CURRENT MISSION

I have no mission, that's the plan. For now, I just try to seize every opportunity to travel around and see what's out there.
In Paris I go to lots of concerts just because there's something about gigs that makes me enter another world...
I used to be fond of history and all the remains of ancient civilizations that's why I visited loads of Mayan ruins in central America, or celtic stone circles in Ireland. Now I'm more into religion I like Buddhist temples and muslim places (I like to see where my students - all immigrants- come from >> net trip Pakistan !)
I love nature and big outdoors, hiking and swimming.
I love dressing up and headdress, I have quite a few from my travels I must say. Cluster...
I like taking pictures, painting women with turbans, bright colours, laughing, observing people and speaking English with a posh british accent while driving.
I like listening to die hard travellers' crazy tales. I like to be around people who are ready to take action, who are creative, full of ideas and a wee bit crazy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have lived in a couch surfing sharehouse with 7 people in Canada, and in an international sharehouse in Lyon, everybody there was into couch surfing; we had couch surfers from Canada, germany, Czech Republic, Ireland. It's always really nice to have travellers at home. I like coming home and having people crashing on a matress on the floor in the living room, I feel like being on a trip myself.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couch surfed in northern Italy, Germany, Belize, Mexico..., and hosted really cool people while living in Canada, Lyon and Nice.

Interests

Photography, concerts, History, drawing, artwork, big outdoors, climbing, tippies, independent cinema (French, Iranian...), wearing costumes, painting my face, music, chocolate, cheese, comfy socks, walking, boardgames, the ocean, deserts, rocks, strange people, laughing, driving...

I love maps and collect them.
