My name is Alex, I’m social activist, curator of the NGO “Minsk Cycling Community” and a devoted traveler.
I am aiming to develop international relations, increase the communication between cyclists from all over the world and helping them to discover Belarus in it’s modernity, grace and incredible hospitality. I organize various projects in order to support tourism and cycling movements.
I dedicated my 2013 year to a long bike trip to Europe. During 3 months I visited 11 countries, including Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Poland.
Now I am moving towards another dream of mine – a bike trip around Asia region in 2015.

Information about my hometown and place to stay:

I was born in Republic of Belarus, it’s capital – Minsk, to be precise. And that’s the place I currently reside. Maybe one day your curiosity will bring you up here to get closer to our beautiful city, it’s culture, spacious landscapes and smiley people. I’ll be able to make your time in Minsk much more interesting and adventurous. When travelers from all over the globe visit my city, I’m always here to organize an amusing programme due to their preferences. That’s to best way to demonstrate our cordiality. In case I’m absent and travelling somewhere else – don’t hesitate to ping me and I’ll take care of your night lodging, connecting you with my friends and colleagues.

Couchsurfing network helps me to feel what is the real hospitality. I can easily know information from locals about the country/city/town that I want to visit and find a place to sleep when I'm are abroad. Couchsurfing gives me the opportunity to find good company or even meet new friends.

兴趣

I like to take part in all kind of outdoor activities. Traveling is my big passion and I prefer to discover the world by bicycle, on my way I meet a lot of different people. I think everyone has a story to share, so I talk with the locals trying to know more about culture, traditions and national food.
