Hi there!

I'm Aleksi, 21 years old young man. I live in Espoo, near to railway station (like 57 minutes walk) and have 10 minutes to Helsinki with train. I have 48m2 apartment with a sauna and a balkony and I live there with my boyfriend and two lovely (and sometimes loud) cats.

I have a lot of freetime because I mostly have just my hobbies with scout, politics (Green party) and LGBT+-activism.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet a lot of people, keep my English as good as it is now and even get it better and there is no good places to talk in English in Finland. I love also traveling but hate hotels and hostels, especially when I'm traveling alone soo... yeah.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have favorite music because I listen almost everything and it depend on my feelings. I have tattoo with Simple Plan lyrics and I go to few Finnish musicians' gigs sometimes but that's all. I like everything, really.

But movies! I love movies and I could watch them all the time. My favorite are Lord of the Rings -trilogy, all Star Wars -movies, almost every superhero movies but especially Marvel's! Captain America, Iron Man, you name it.

My top 1 books are all Harry Potters. They are just awesome. I have Deatheaters' tattoo on my left hand. I love also Swedish detective stories so much! And of course Ilkka Remes from Finland. Nowdays I don't read very much even if I have three bookshelfs full of books...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer (2018) I was in Ljubljana, Slovenia, a month as a volunteer for Ljubljana Pride. It was really awesome, the best month in my life and I got to know a lot of people. I cannot even tell how awesome it was.
