Hello to everyone or as we say it in my country "Привет"!

My name is Alena and I send the greeting to each of you from the heart of Russia. I live in Moscow and for more than the half of my life I`m in the strong relationship with the Art.

It was a long way - from the art school to the college where I was styding for Russians traditions Arts and Crafts. After that I graduated 2 Universities - the first one as a graphic designer and the second one as an English translator.

I`m working as a content designer, customizing the clothes, travelling, meet new people all around the world and just enjoying the life.
One thing I can`t imagine me without is my camera. I take it all the time in my trips so the best souvenirs are the photographs that I like to see sometimes again and again and let the memory come back to the beautiful moment of life.
Especially I love capturing the city life - the architecture, buildings, the symmetry and the graphic of the lines all around. It all inspire me a lot! I try to see something different in the ordinary things that we don`t see in the fastest temp of the life.
Got a lots of plan for this life and believe in the magic of the Universe (if we have a chance to meet I have a lot of magical stories that I`ll add in the my Fairytale book I`ll write one day).

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

I thing that this is a great idea to let the people stay in your own home and get this experience to learn the traditions and culture like the locals do.
Also it is the easiest way to improve the language and meet so many interesting people.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

I`m a music maniac. I don`t have the favourite genre, love Classic music, Pop, Rock, R`n`b, Alternative.. all depends on the mood.
So I love the concerts to feel this energy between the musician and the crowd and be together as one.
The musicians I like and saw alive was: Robbie Williams, Sting, Depeche Mode, Teodor Currentzis & MusicAeterna.

But my favourite one are Coldplay. Since I saw them at the first time in 2005 on EMA my heart was stolen. And last summer the biggest dream came true when I saw them right in front of me in Paris. This was the greatest experience and I hope to see them again. Also they music inspire and now I`m meeting another Coldplayers all round the world and painting the shoes.
Also my biggest dream is to visit one of the open air like Glastonbury festival or Coachella.

The favourite movies for me that I can see thousands of times are: Gladiator, The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Interstellar, Inception, Shutter Island. The favourite serials are Breaking Bad, Dexter, How I met your mother.

Also I`m a bookworm. I like the Russian classic authors, Remark, Tolkien, Heminguai, Dan Brown.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

I think that all the dreams must come true no matter what.
One if the amazing thing for me was Coldplay`s concert at Stade de France in the summer 2017. And the main reason was not the case that I was waiting for about 13 years for this moment to see the favourite band but the 10 hours of waiting for the concert in front of the stadium! The weather was very hot that day and the sun shined extremely killing. I came to the stadium early in the morning hope to be the first one but I was not the craziest person) So when the sun was at its zenith we make some kind of barricade using the tent - god, save the Decathlon! But everything is not easy as we know and the concert was so amazing that actually I still can`t believe that it was real)

Another one amazing thing for me is travelling.
Every time I travel I open the new world for me. The more you see the more you know. So all my trips is the greatest way full of new places, people and interesting stories.
Last trip was the most exitement for me because I`ve made 322km walking in the North of Spain by Camino de Santiago! It was so great experience with a lots of new places and beautiful landscapes everyday and lots of interesting people that I met.

And I made the second one in 2019 - the Portuguese way.
Maybe you are also one of the peligrim? Or you want to do it?

I really enjoy learning something new - all the time in the new places I try the locals food, study traditions with a big respect to the different culture. It doesn`t matter where all we came from and what language we are talking - we can all communicate and learn and share interesting things.

What can bring the Russian - of course the part of our big soul!
I think that it doesn`t matter what color of the skin we have or what religion we bring inside - sharing your kindness and smile to another one is the greatest gift.

One of the quotes from the favorite books "Triumphal Arch" by Remark is:
"What can one person give to another, except for a drop of heat? And what could be more than that?"
