Hello, everyone!

My name is Alëna. I was born and raised in Minsk, Belarus. It is a small but beautiful, historical country in Eastern Europe. Belarus borders on Poland, Ukraine and Lithuania. Even though I have been living in US for past 10 years I still have an accent when I speak. So please forgive me if I misspell or mispronounce some words. I was brought up with Cyrillic alphabet and completely different set of sounds. I enjoy learning and studying, travelling. Seeing new countries and meeting great people - that what makes worth living.

I am a student so traveling on the budget is my second priority. First one is to see new places and to meet great people. Can I stay with you, please? I am originally from Belarus, but I live in USA, it is my home now. I have traveled quite a few places and I'll be glad to share the experiences. I am very clean and down to earth person. I enjoy art and history, meeting people and getting to know the culture of the place I am in. Walking tours are the first things I do when I arrive to a new place.
