Hello there! My name is Alena and currently I live in Olomouc, Czech Republic. I finally finished my master degree in January this year so it's time to fulfill my dream and visit friends in Chile. I'm leaving Olomouc on 25th of March and coming back on 28th of April. So I have one month to experience your beautiful country. Can't wait!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

So far I have only the best experiences with CS! Officially I haven´t hosted many people but thanks to my previous flatmates I had loads of possibilities to meet with many surfers and it was always a good experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - Sooooo many!! From Joy Division, Radiohead, Blur, The Strokes, Arcade Fire to Alt-J, Caribou, St. Vincent or Portico, GoGo Penguin... My taste in music is basicaly still the same, that means I love alternative rock. But in last few years I´ve started to enjoy other music styles as well (electro, hip hop, jazz..) All good tips from you are welcomed!

- one unforgettable day in Camden which ended with concert of Bam Margera´s band - the craziest gig I´ve ever seen!!

- watching Aurora in Finland. Well.. for this I think I can´t find the right words...
