About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Exploring the beauty of life in an increasingly confusing world.
ABOUT ME
I live outside the small town of Skien, in the bushes, and have come to love this above any city dwelling. I am an artistic and energic person and work as a tailor, in addition to my hobbies of irish fiddle-playing, painting, running, reading and learning new things and sooo on=)
PHILOSOPHY
Living here and now is essential to happiness. And to say it with Dune: Fear is the mind killer. So beware! Reality only exist within the mind.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I regret not being able to host, meet or travel as much as I'd want to, but one glorious day this will all change. I think the idea behind this is fantastic and I wish to be a bigger part of this awesome community.
Interests
Everything is interesting. But I am especially geeky within the subjects of period costume, pattern construction, sewing, drawing, painting, irish fiddle, fantasy and science fiction, the forest and nature, skyrim and borderlands

Music, Movies, and Books
Writers: Robert Jordan, Mika Waltari, Terry Pratchett, Frank Herbert, Yann Martel, Douglas Adams, Bill Bryson, J.r.r. Tolkien, George Martin, Rohinton Mistrey, John Steinbeck, C.s.s Lewis ++++++
Movies: Pulp Fiction (pretty much everything by Tarrantino), Fear&Loathing in las Vegas, Star Wars original triology etc etc etc
Music: Currently obsessed with Finntroll and other humppa black metal bands (note, for the last ten years). I love scandinavian black metal, hard rock, psychedelic rock and most folk music of the world. I also enjoy instrumental hard techno like psytrance and old hardstyle, bit music, minimal and some ambient. Classical music and opera has been within me since I was a very small child, and this will never change. With music, the experience of the surrounding world is deeply enhanced. Then again, I couldn't live without the silence and bird calls of the forrest.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I really hope my way of life and experiences has made me a good person, always struggling to be better. I have kept an open mind.
Teach, Learn, Share
Maybe I could share world views and make other people more content. Also I could teach anything within many crafts. I also bake my own bread. Sadly the seeds I use is not available outside Scandinavia, here we really love our whole grains. I'd love to share a music jam session!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Sadly I won't be able to travel for a very long time. Otherwise I would be happy to share some positive energy!
