About Me

CURRENT MISSION

not to give in to irrational fears!!! live in the present, keep learning (nunca dejar de aprender y conocer)...apreciar a beleza do mundo! joie de vivre!

also learning Japanese for fun here in Southern California! Would love to visit Japan/Australia/New Zealand/Yellowstone....the list goes on! and of course meet like-minded folks ^^

ABOUT ME

Wacky, laid back, earnest. Caring, conscientious, up for a laugh, I guess! I've spent the past few years working on a game reserve in South Africa, teaching English in Madrid; as a bilingual research assistant on a marine turtle project in Costa Rica; as a bilingual receptionist in a Spanish bank in London; teaching English and Spanish one-to-one in Valencia; translating from Spanish to English online in Thailand... leading tours in S America and Mexico then spent 3 months in Lyon working as interpreter and teacher and brushing up my rusty French! Was studying in San Diego for 10 months, now live and work in Huntington beach!

PHILOSOPHY

don´t judge a book by its cover, live in the present, and...as my granny advised me...enjoy life!!¡vivir en el presente!
