I'm 32 and I like travelling, creative art, cooking and holistic well-being. After a blue period at work (and in my life) i decided to change all of my world: I started to love myself and I started to follow the way of Yoga and Mindfullness. Today I'm an holistic operator, I do yoga classes and meditations with singing bowls, I do massages, reiki etc.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling but I've just stayed in hostels and hotels, I've knows so may people from all over the world, but I've never tried couchsurfing. I've never tried to be hosted by locals, listen to their stories, cook together, learn how they live, and live like them. Couchsurfing permits this, and so i want to try this kind of experience!
Otherwise, my work is not continuative, so Couchsurfing can help me not to spend much money for travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, I travelled solo in Thailand for about a month! Someone of you may think that is not incredible in travelling solo in Thai, but I've never thought doing it, but I did!
Now I'm looking for another adventure :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Posso insegnare yoga, meditazione con musica e campane tibetane, posso fare trattamenti massaggi, reiki ecc....
