About Me

Hello! My name is Alessandra.
I study International Relations at Unisinos - Porto Alegre, the place where I live now. In my course, we are motivated to meet and to interact with different people from around the world, and as an internationalist, I'm open to learn other cultures, languages and people, I love hearing and sharing stories, and I adore watching movies, walking around the city and drinking coffee.
My time schedule is versatile! If you want to hang around with me, or if you liked me and my couch's description, send me a message! I bet that together we will have a great time :D

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a huge fan of Game of Thrones (house Stark is my favorite) and Netflix series (as Brooklyn 99!).
My favorite band is Avenged Sevenfold, I love listening to rock music, but I adore pop and eletronic music as well! There are a lot of music festivals here in Porto Alegre, that I love to go, if you want, we can go together!
Whenever I have free time, I read, I'm a bookaholic, my favorite book saga is The Lord of the Rings, I adore Tolkien's writing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have an 87 old grandpa, and he had never travelled to anywhere outside Brazil, so I wanted to take him somewhere new and different from where we live. My family and I took him to Cancun in Mexico, we tasted tequila and tacos (he liked both), and we went to Chichen Itza! It was wonderfull to see that big construction, which was built a long time ago, and to be able to experience different cultures.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a language lover, I can help you to learn Portuguese, English or French!
I know how to cook some recipes from Brazil, and some homemade candies, I'd love to share these recipes!
If there's something I love to acquire, it's knowledge, I love learning everything, I'm a good listener as well.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my company, stories and food! I'm able to walk around the city, to cook for you and share stories with you!
