Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing for two main reasons: I love hosting people and I love traveling. I had a great experience in the house where I lived few years ago with some friends of mine: we are all really sociable and we like to meet people, talk, share experiences, eat together...so we had guests very often and from all nationalities; most times they were people we met in the street ( expecially in summer there are many foreigners here and it's very easy to meet them). In fact the door of our flat was always opened! After this experience a friend of mine told me about Couchsurfing and I decided to subscribe. It's great to meet people and to make them feel at home. I travel a lot so I know how it is important to feel at home even if you are fare away from your country. Life it's all about sharing!

Interests

Cooking: I love cooking home-made pasta, lasagna, pizza and many other italian and international dishes. I love food and cooking for people.

I love doing many other things: playing ukulele and drums, juggling, hiking, making macramé jewelries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

With a friend of mine we managed to survive to a many-hours walk in the savanna with no food or water, looking for a village that we never found.
