About Me

Hello everyone!
I am a fresh graduate student from Pisa University. I spent my last years bouncing bewtween Pisa and La Spezia (where my family lives). It was a really nice and complete experience, but now I am looking for something different. During the years I started to getting scared about the dullness of a quiet life. I do not dislake a peacefull rest and the tranquillity of beeing alone with myself; I just do not want to become a lazy fatass which spends his entire day in front of a LCD screen to satisfy a boring and conceited boss. I love myself more than that.
Said so, I am not an enthusiastic person. I rerely get carried away so easly. I think much of the reason behind that is my standard behaviour of beeing a reflexive guy. I just do love spent much time thinking. Unfortunately, it is not so easy to find someone with the required affinity to share a deep thought, but I am quite confindent one can find people like that in the most unimaginable circumstances. I know in this way one loses much part of what happens around him, but hey, I am not a great fan of quantity. I just do love quality over all; which it does not correspond to a rose-perfmued king-size bed, but rather to a small couch offered by lovely people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm currently in the middle of a pilgrimage from my home- town (La Spezia) to Finisterre. THIS IS THE REASON WHY BY NOW I CANNOT HOST ANYONE UTIL I COME BACK.
As you could guess, my journey requires a quite huge amount of money, about 1€/1km. Moreover, I will be very pleased if someone of you along the journey is able to make me see a different humanity other than the people you can usually meet along the pilgrimage; they are all (usually) very nice people, but sometimes you need something different, maybe more "worldly". Anyone who can help in giving me hospitality, he lightens me of a large everyday concern.
I hope of being able to exchange the favour once I will come back home.

Interests

Ok, this one is field is quite difficult to fill. The problem is, I am really interested to a large amount of different things. So, what is important to be said in couchsurfng?
Well, I love to hike (I think it can be guessed by the previous description). For me, walking means keeping your body busy while your mind is able to fly wherever it wants. Sometime I like to do it alone, sometime the company of other fellow is a refreshing presence.
Maybe more importately, I am a quite good cook (which could be kind of a stereotype for an Italian guy, but it s true) and I will be really pleased to being able to cook anything to the people offering me a shelter (yes, I am tring to buy your benevolence :) ).
I really love to write stories and telling stories to people; I would really love to be able to sing stories to people, but unfortunately I do not think to be a really good singer.
I am a LARPer (for anyone of you who knows what does it means); and not, it is not a sexual weirdness.
Otherwise, I really love to talk to people; not "chatting", I mean "talking". A thing that nowdays is rarely done. You know, meet people and tring to understand one-another. I think this is just wonderful.
