About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Studying mathematics education to improve the world!

ABOUT ME

An alternative mathematician, a crazy drummer, a strong revolutionist, an atypical drunker, a young-old-man with a great heart!

PHILOSOPHY

- Bari dialect version:
c'ing na ma sci, sciamanin; c nong na ma sci, non sim scen!
- italian version:
se dobbiamo andare avviamoci; altrimenti, restiamo!
- english version:
if we have to move on, come on; otherwise, we stay here!

Interests

I'm continually in love for music, every kind of music (classic, jazz, electro, techno, rock, punk, metal...) and every kind of music events (live concert, disco, pub, ...). The best thing that I like to do is travelling to see a great music event, a sort of "musical journey", a mix of travel and music!

I play drums for a long time, so I have some problems to hear people's voice, because my ears are been destroyed by cymbals and drums in these years! XD

I like to discuss about politic themes with an objective view and common sense. I'm a student representative in my university.

I like to play sports, especially team sports because I don't like to play alone versus others, I prefer a team!

Last but non the least, don't be panic, I'm a math teacher! I like to teach mathematics and I've studied to be a teacher in every kind of level (from school to university). So no problem, if you know me, Math will be your friend! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done an European Exchange in Strumica (Macedonia) with young people coming from Bosnia, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Macedonia. After this exchange, I've hosted one of the Bosniac guys in my hometown and I showed him some beautiful places of my region, Puglia(Italy).

I've done a "musical journey" by car from Bari (my hometown) to Codroipo,Udine (Italy) and then Tolmin (Slovenia) to see respectively Foo Fighters concert and "Punk Rock Holiday". Amazing!

I teached mathematics and physics in a secondary school of Tanzania (Africa) for a voluntary project, I have also did my Master dissertation at the University of Ferrara about this amazing experience!

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Cuba, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Ireland, Macedonia, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Switzerland, Tanzania, United Kingdom
