I'm a psychologist, psychotherapist, mindfulness meditation teacher and researcher (PHD student)..

I am walking the path of Dharma, studying Buddhism (Theravada and Soto Zen) and practicing meditation..

also: surf, snowboard, free climbing/hiking, parachuting, aikido... very bad in all of that! ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

so many! I am soooo lucky!! :)

last one: together with my girlfriend we started walking from our home towards west, stopped two weeks later... we have passed mountains and rivers, slept in our tent, under the stars, in random strangers' houses, even in an old theater together with street artists and buskers! life is amazing, people are awesome!
