I'm a Bergamo born Sardinian, very attached to my roots but also very inclined to explore new places and experiences. I don't like to settle in one place and I take advantage of every chance I get to better myself and discover new things. I love travelling since I was a kid thanks to my parents and I never refuse to plan a trip when I have enough funds and time (mostly lacking the first right now :)

I always try to understand and experience how people live in the place I'm in when I travel, and Couchsurfing seemed right away the best way to do this to me. Obviously you get to spend less, but having the possibility to see places having some locals showing you where to go and trying typical dishes and party places is priceless.
Also I loved hosting people at my place, you get to know other cultures without moving from home and to make a friend that maybe you'll see someday in their homeland, that's also priceless.
