About Me
My application to CS comes from my interest in travels in so far as you can see the world, find other people (and why not yourself) and share with them qualities, traditions, thoughts and way of living.
I think this is the Significance of CS. Sharing, not nullifying costs of accommodation (there are many low cost places to stay if someone wants).
I say it as a couchserfer not as a host, since I cannot host anyone because I still live with my parents.
I'm an Architecture student in Reggio Calabria, and it takes much time to my daily life (but I can't do anything: I love it! :D)
My social spirit is quite useful in what I'd really like to do in my life (you know, I'm 24, I don't really know it, but I'm literarly enchanted by adaptation climate systems and landscapes and they both have social fundamental factors).
When my to-do list allow me I really like to try myself in musicals (I worked with my friends in my hometown on implementing Notre Dame the Paris, The phantom of the opera and The dance of Vampires) and singing. There's nothing better than a song, especially when it's with the accompaniment of a guitar. Played by a friend. Just improvising. On the street. Like nobody's watching. Since you're all singing like crazy people ahahah
At the end of the day I take my Honher Golden Melody harmonic. C key. Better when in front of me there's the moon reflected on my hometown sea. I'm not so good in it for now, but I was self-taught also with the piano and the guitar ;)
And anyway my idea is that nothing you can do could be useful and lived in the right way without sharing it!
This is also the reason why I like to know more languages and hope my travels and CS community can help me :)
PHILOSOPHY
Always look ahead of you, don't forget where you come from and let all things happen. Believe in what could happen, 'cause surprises are the best way in which you start knowing yourself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Important: I can only be hosted since I still live with my parents.
I'm in couchsurfing because I want my travels to be rich not only of new places and new things seen, but above all of new people. I think that the real significance of a travel is about the process you do, the road that you walk, the people you meet, and the way in which you grow, since I believe in learning by teaching. I believe in CS spirit as the purpose to learn from people who live in other countries and share what someone can because at this time we need not only smart brains and ideas but also we need sharing good moments.
Interests
Architecture. Innovative systems, smart technologies, contemporary possibilities with ancient sensitivity.
Music. Have the sensation it was quite clear ;)
I've been part of a mixed genre band, based on rap in a reggae/funky rithm and dialect texts. Amazing music experiment!
Walking. Originally it started with the need to reach places without a driving lycense. Now it's simply a need. (still without the driving lycense! ahah)
Humanitarian activities. I've been for a long time member of a humanitarian association that brought me to know different problematic realities.
Cinema. I worked in a cine-theatre last few years. The relation was quite strange: sometimes I was the usher, sometimes I was the performer! So amazing!! :D
There's something I do everywhere I go: I bring home a little stone from the ground as a souvenir.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: many genre. Music is a way of thinking and living so I listen to it in different moods: rock, pop, classic, reggae, swing, but I can't hide my craziness for blues, soul and jazz.
Movies: My father and me use to see classic movies since I was very little (this is the same with music). This and the fact that I worked in a cinema makes my list too long to write it down now ;) important: addicted to TV series.
Books: I don't really like romances. Love scientific and real life stories.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Working with "Emergency" in a immigrants' hidden ghetto.
Doing manual works (cultivation, farm, dairy production, the birth of a cow! ) with 20 drug addicts in a recovery center in Italy.
Getting lost inside the Cnosso Labyrinth in Crete (believe me: thousand years and those ruines still work! Ahahah)
Teach, Learn, Share
All I can teach you is Italian language, cooking and warm-heartedness :)
Ready to know new languages and cultures.
Share my social attitude! :D
