I'm Alessio from Italy.
Quite Sportive, I love nature, and hangout with people, especially when they are from a different culture.

I am working as a PhD candidate at the moment at the Leiden University Medical Center, The Netherlands.

A PhD project can be quite stressful sometimes, and of course time expensive! for sure no 36hs per week :)
So that s why I decide to have my own free time project for these 4 years of PhD: in 4 years I have the aim to travel across 4 different continents, the first one on the list is North America with destination Gran Canyon - Arizona!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think Couch-surfing is such a cool idea. It is really helpful to meet people, see other people life, and grow up as person.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Diving 30 meters under water,
survive at an earthquakes,
5 days trekking in a row for a total of 100km,
walking 10m handstand,
1 harm 1 leg push-up,
human flag,
living 4weeks in Ifaty, south of madagascar.

I can teach Italian, martial arts and some advise for your diet :p
