Ciao! My name is Alessio. I was born in Italy but have been living and working in Paris since April 2023, after spending the last three years traveling for work between Germany, Great Britain, and Spain.

During the day, I work as a Junior Manager at a French insurance company. However, when the sun sets, you can often find me wandering the streets of some random city in the world with a glass of the local beverage in hand, meeting locals.

Traveling is my greatest passion. If you see me smiling, it's probably because I have just bought a plane ticket to an unknown destination and I am ready to pack my things.

I also enjoy literature, music, cooking and eating good food, and nearly all forms of art.

I truly appreciate happy, honest, and open-minded people, and I am always grateful to host them or be hosted by them whenever I can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In recent years, I have been fortunate enough to visit more than 20 countries, where I have met incredible people and been exposed to different cultures and ways of life. Without Couchsurfing, this would not have been possible.

As a proud member of this wonderful community, I am always delighted to host fellow Couchsurfers in whichever city I am currently residing. Let's face it, every experience is better with a little bit of Italy in it!
