I studied the wine industry so I can help you to understand this sicilian world and to explain you skill organoleptic tests on wine, production methods. Ability to match food and wine. Knowledge of Sicily geo-wine.
I think I live in the best place in the world. Sicily is a meltin' pot of culture full of monuments and beautiful landscapes.
