Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and I think that feeling a sense of community and hospitality in a foreign place is the best part. Learning about a culture by being immersed in it through sharing a living space can be a lovely and eye opening. I want to explore the world as much as I can, on a budget.

I love soccer and have played ever since I can remember, my favorite thing about it is that connects people all over the world. I also love being outside hiking and exploring. I like meeting new people and learning about their perspectives and all they have to offer.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm very open minded as far as music and love to hear other peoples' favorites. Though I'm not much of a musician myself, some of my favorite musicians are Jimi Hendrix, Modest Mouse, Etta James, Radiohead, Chance the Rapper, Action Bronson, and Alabama Shakes. As far as movies, Amelie, Moonrise Kingdom, Stranger Than Fiction, and, Talladega Nights, obviously. I grew up on Harry Potter and the Boxcar Children. Some more recent favorites are The Help and Ham on Rye.
