I’m a young french of 22. I’m the third child of a five children family. We are four men for only one girl but she’s lucky she’s the oldest one.
I just leave university, after 3 years in sports studies. With some friends, we just bought last years a treetop adventure park in the center of France (in Haute-Loire if somebody knows). We love the nature and to have the opportunity to work in was too beautiful to go away from this way. Before study sport management, I tried the law university but at the evidence in wasn’t for me. So I decided to go away from my native Jura and go to my third university year in Brive-La-Gaillarde to study sportive tourism and get my degree. Know, I’m a rigger in the low season when treetop Adventure Park can’t be open. We are trying to do something we love with friends far from the town because we don’t especially like it. I feel better in my forest than on a shopping gallery if you know what I mean.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I discovered Couchsurfing in ride sharing. I already knew the principle but I wanted to know more about it. So you can imagine that a 4hours long travel between Brive and Lyon gave me the necessary information about what I wanted to know. In fact I just start to travel this year with my girlfriend and I find it so better to meet people, local culture to share the most possible things with hosts and guests. I’m really attached to the people culture. That’s why the world is this world and I want to discover the better and the worst of each culture. The reality could be so different of what we can imagine. And I think that it’s not in a hotel that you make a good travel, it’s without challenge. It’s one of easiest way to share about their country, culture, politic, history, tourism …
As I said, I just start to make real travel from this year and I hope it’s the beginning of a long line of travel. My girlfriend and me are going to Iceland at the end of December and will stay there 3 weeks before to come back in France. After one rest week in France, we will go in Viet Nam from the 26 January to the 10 march and we would like to cross Viet Nam, Laos and Cambodge.
So we hope to find hosts in these countries to share with you about everything and maybe to host you in France after our travel.

Interests

I’ve got lot a lot of Interest. I’m very curious about anything but one of my main interests is history, especially the coin history, the numismatic at all. I’ve got a metal detector and I cross all fields I find with hoping to find old French coins or old artefact. I like geography to because I find incomprenhensible to don’t know the world where we live. As you can imagine I like sport because it’s a medium, a way to keep you healthy, a way to evacuate, to share, to discover ...
I want to die knowing the most possible things about anything and the best to learn things is to meet people and share with them, it’s the best way for the memory.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think that one of the most amazing I’ve done is probably the day I carry the german cup (DFB-Pokal). I explain, I was on a school travel in Bremen in Germany and a part of our program consisted to visit the Wesertstadion, in Breme. In fact, this year, Breme won the DFB-Pokal) and at the moment we visited the stadium, the Starbucks german direction was with the Cup, taking pictures and drinking cocktails. So our guide asks to the direction if one student could carry this cup. They said Ok for only person and as you can imagine it was me ! It was me for the good and simple reason that I was the only one on the group who liked football ! What a good memory.
