I'm currently studying Japanese at a language school. Prior to this I worked as Japanese translator for 4 years.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here to meet people from all over the world and make new friends. I love learning about foreign cultures and I'm pretty much always learning some language or other so naturally it's quite nice to have friends help me learn about these things.
Interests
Anthropology, foreign languages, history, etc.
I really like classical literature and movies. If I were to do my desert island picks I would probably go with 19th century Russian novels and 1950s/60s Japanese movies.
