Overview
About Me
I am an English teacher in Korea. My parents are from Taiwan but I was born and raised in America. Thus, I can speak some Chinese.
My major was in electrical engineering but I have spent the last few years teaching English so I am reviewing what I learned to go back to my original career. The short-term goal is to be both an engineer and a teacher.
In the future, I would like to buy two homes. One will be in Gwangju, South Korea and the other will be in California, United States.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am interested in traveling. At the same time, I think I will learn more about a country by living and hanging out with the local people.
Yes, I prefer not to spend money at a hotel. :)

Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach a lesser known Chinese language known as Hokkien. It is spoken in Taiwan, Fujian, China, and throughout Southeast Asia.
You can practice Korean with me since I am learning that right now.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I don't have a large home since I only live in a "one-room." Thus I don't have the adequate facilities to host someone. At this moment, I am more focused on making money and surviving.
When I get a sizable home, there is a good chance I will host people.
