Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

My Month-Long world challenge trip to Ecuador. It was an amazing experience! I built a fence around a school in a lovely village, I did a lot of hiking, I hiked up Coto Paxi (well... to the glacier... no one else wanted to go the rest of the way) and immersed myself in the local culture.

I have a long standing love of baking and cooking (I even completed a course in Chalet Cooking a few years back!) so if anyone was willing to host me I would be more than happy to help them cook or make them a baked treat! I make a very nice Shortbread! (My housemates words, not mine...)
