Recently I've been come more interested in the internal arts like meditation, qi gong and yoga. A friend has been teaching me Chinese medicine so I'm often sitting around poking needles in myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I rode a wheelie bin down a hill at the end of a music festival while 100s of people were cheering for me 😂
