Hello fellow couch surfers!

I'm a guy who loves to meet new people and try new things. I've travelled through South East Asia, East Africa, Japan, Poland, Denmark, Peru, North America, Jordan, Israel and a few other places. I love to travel. I'm a chill, open minded person. I play some basketball, do some sword fighting (fencing), yoga, snorkelling, diving, gym, I cook, and pretty much whatever I try a lot of new things. Flexitarian, well read and opinionated.

I am now backpacking my way around the world by myself and I would love to meet up and stay with other couchsurfers to get local experiences and share travel stories.

I was born in the US but now live in Australia full time. I've been living in Sydney for about eight years, I went to uni here at the University of Sydney where I studied Chemical Engineering and Economics and now work full time in the city. Before that I lived in Melbourne for a bit and went to high school in Newcastle.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Having lived, studied and worked in Sydney for about eight years I have packed up my life and started backpacking around the world. I’m on couchsurfing to meet locals and other travellers and enjoy a different style of travel.

I’m also here to share the knowledge and tips that I have accumulated through my travels and the places I have lived. As well as have better more local experiences.
