I'm a big guy with a big beard who laughs a lot and likes to make the most of the situation. Technology is not my strong suit. I'm not the most graceful individual but I do try. I'm a lover not a fighter but I do have a passion for contact sports as I played rugby in college, and it's the most fun I've ever had in a team sport. Snowboarding is however, my first love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I'm 28 and traveling across the country, reading and writing on my way from Portland, ME to Portland, OR. Most of my time will be spent camping out and crashing with friends, but there are a few long stretches where a solid roof and a nice couch would be welcome.
