About Me

ENG/FR/ESP

Hey! My last four years were spent in Peru working remotely and enjoying surfing, cycling, and hiking as many of the beautiful archeological sites as I could. Perú y Canadá son mi hogares pero me gusta Perú más. I spend my time in Peru and Canada working remotely. Peru is infact the best country in the world for food, surf, and mountains so they win. Paso mi tiempo en Perú y Canadá trabajando de forma remota. De hecho, Perú es el mejor país del mundo en cuanto a comida, surf y montañas, así que ganan.

ABOUT ME

Curious, open and willing to learn about anything and everything. When I'm not travelling or on a mission I love being physically healthy, cycling, running, basketball, tennis, and hockey. I love going out and having a good time with friends or people i've just met, new friends are usually the best nights.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short, book a plane ticket and roll with it. You might come back you might not. Theres always something unexpected and exciting around the corner.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have slept on several couches over the years and have returned the favor many times. I enjoy being on both sides of the equation as it gives me good perspective on how the community works.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One of my best nights was in Phnom Penh Cambodia, I was just sat at a bar and this was an 'unofficial couch surfing experience' but none the less, I said hello to a guy sitting next to me, his name was Billy. He was a school teacher and it was the queens birthday the next day so he had the night off. A few drinks later we made friends with a local Cambodian and next thing we new we where in a packed bar at the other end of the city. We had a great night, saw a lot of the local night life as well as the expat night life. I already was booked into a hostel but Billy's place was closer so at the end of the night he said if you want to crash on my couch it's not problem. BOOM! Kindness of strangers. Still chat to Billy now and then.
