About Me
My life philosophy is to make a positive impact and have fun whilst doing so. I'm currently a student in Bellingham, Washington, US, studying International Business with minors in Computer Science and Philosophy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe that the land influences culture, culture influences people, people influence the land, and that the only way to fully experience the world is to engage with all three. I want to travel the world to hike every nation's mountains, to dance to every nation's music, and to share a laugh with every nation's people. I'm on Couchsurfing to engage with people from different places on a higher level!
"The world is a book, and those who don't travel read only one page." - St. Augustine
Interests
Hiking and long distance backpacking in the wilderness. I also build scale models, cook some mega tasty dishes, and consider myself a very amateur mixologist.

Music, Movies, and Books
I do not have a favorite genre of music; there is flavor to suit every mood. I discern good music from bad based on one question: "Can I get jiggy to this?"
I don't have favorite movies or books either, but I gobble them up like candy!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Backpacked solo across Mexico's Baja peninsula, through the Sierra de la Laguna mountains, covering half the distance in one day.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Interesting and hilarious conversation over a delicious meal paired with fine wine or beer. I also come to you as a person with whom to share your interests. You know that topic that all your friends are sick and tired of hearing about? Lay it on me. I want to know all about it. I want to know why you love it, how you got into it, and what you think the most interesting parts about it are. I have a hunger to learn and learn the best from other people. I might be able to teach you a couple things as well!
