When I'm not working on my research, I enjoy being outside (running, cycling, exploring/hiking, etc.). I enjoy meeting new people and hearing about their experiences and the cool stuff they've seen or done. I enjoy coming up with interesting ideas and trying to get a team of people together to implement it (ex. Engineering projects, cooking, coding, etc.)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve helped solve several rare diseases of the immune system through my work at the National Institutes of Health.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: We can always talk about the latest developments in medicine and cancer research, philosophy and medical ethics, human behavior and psychology, photography, hiking/backpacking, cycling.

Learn: I’m always interested in learning new languages and about the culture of the area where I am traveling to.

Share: I love sharing travel stories and suggestions for great food/drinks! I love indie music, electronic, and jazz music so I’d be glad to share some of my favorite songs and artists.
