About Me

Just finished up university where I studied Peace and Political Science.
Globetrotter, unprofessional dancer, and thrill-seeker.
I love trying new things, meeting new people, and learning about different cultures. I never shy away from challenges. I'm also a big believer in that people are generally good. I want to live my life surrounded by good people, telling good stories, and having unforgettable experiences.

I'm an adventurer who wants to see and discover the whole world. I find travel to be my favorite way to learn, and I've been lucky to see so many places in the world in my young life. Of all of the places in the world, I want to visit Iran the most. Perhaps I'll be studying Farsi there soon, but until then, I'm dreaming of kebab and Azadi square.

Right now I'm just surfing, but that's only because my roommates won't let me host anyone at home :( Regardless, if you want to meet up in DC, I would be happy to show you around :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting and living with locals is my favorite way to discover a new place. Tour guides are overrated -- I would rather walk the streets and get a drink with a local. I don't just want to travel abroad, I want to live and experience life abroad.
