Hi, I'm Alex, 25, adventuring, exploring and ready to meet some new people! :)

Currently working in Nottingham... Broadening my horizons and trying new experiences.

I have a huge passion for sport and photography! My aim in life would be to play and watch as much sport as possible, by travelling all over the world! Me, Myself and my camera :)

Currently preparing for my next adventure through Australia, looking to meet some new people an share my journey with them! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am slowly starting to use CS more as a I travel.

Up to now there has only been a couple of times I have needed to... However I am now finding that its not more the need to use it, more the fact I want to. Whether it be to see new places or meet new friends.

It's a great way to travel the world!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just a couple of experiences, both of which were in Melbourne, Australia.

Had the best time trying it for the first time, with the most amazing host. Accommodating and very friendly.

Interests

Sports and Photography are keen interests of mind. aside from that i just love travelling and meeting new faces from all different backgrounds.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not really a 'sit down and read a book' kind of person... I much prefer being hands on and outdoors.

However, I do like kicking back on the couch and watching a good film with a HUGE tub of ice cream! Or taking myself away with my headphones and music... :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have traveled round the United States from East to West coast, seeing and photographing amazing landscape, cultures and cities.

Highlights would be the Grand Canyon, Climbing Angles Landing in Zion Nation Park and visiting cities like Las Vegas, San Francisco, New York and L.A

Also trips throughout Europe and the Middle-East dotted in. :)

Teach, Learn, Share

This small bit of information got me a long way when travelling around Melbourne.

Public Transport Australia (PTV) have a journey planner on there website that is genius for getting around. It will tell you how to get anywhere and is very accurate!

Also this one little tip. If your ever unsure which way a train is travelling around Victoria... Platform 1 will always be heading back to the city! :D
