I see myself as a coffee media between people and coffee. I am a barista and I use coffee to embrace tasting experience of sensation and sensory.

Now I make coffee during my trip to connect people.

I was working as a barista in common room & co where is a mixed space in Shum Shui Po in Hong Kong. It contains café, book shop, fabrication lab and gallery. I make good hand brew coffee everyday as my work.

In June in 2015 I have started my 1 year travel project about coffee. I believe everybody can find a favourite cup of coffee, and every cup could be different when they want to explore more tastes. In order to meet people to taste different coffee, I bring along my coffee tools and different coffee beans to share with people who would like to explore more possibilities from the cups.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lost my backpack before I went to Iceland. I stayed 20 day in Iceland without backpack but coffee bean. I have finished 4 day camping from Landmanlagur to Skogar.

I spend 10 days to finish a round trip by bike in Taiwan with 3 best friends.

I have finished 4 day trekking and camping from Landmannalaugar to Skogarfoss in Iceland!

I brought my roasted beans for cupping event in Beans on Fire in Paris as 1 out of 6 beans.
