Music, Movies, and Books

Definitely a tough question.

Music: I generally like at least one song from any genre but recently I've been listening to 90s Hip Hop, Classical, Rock and Electronic.

Books: non-fiction books for me unfortunately. The ones that talk about socio-economics, human behaviour, history, etc are usually the ones that get me

Movies: I like quotable films, anything from indie comedies like The Wilder People to British gangster movies like Snatch. And Love Actually, duh.

Teach, Learn, Share

Any sport or adventure I'm keen to teach and share if I can (see interests) and learn if I can't.
I'm a qualified English teacher, speak fair Finnish and am always looking to share my languages and expand them by learning new ones.
I have a fairly strong background and interest in mechanical/technological things and am always drawn to beautiful machines.
Other than that I can only really share experiences from my 30 years and be a sponge-like audience for yours.

I am not a chef but I have figured out how to make a few different meals and am very happy to cook for my hosts.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm comfortable in a kitchen.
I'm good at teaching the following things: sailing, windsurfing, english, maths and physics. I'm house trained and I can probably fix something if it's broken.
