Hi! I am Alex Lovas a traveller seeking new perspectives in a different world. I am originally from Hungary, and I have had the great privilege to experience many different countries and cultures as I have lived in the US for a year and later studied for a semester in the Netherlands (TU Delft) for half a year currently living in lisbon for half a year. I would say that I am an open-minded peaceful seeker who is curious and entertained by everything. I have spent a lot of my time in developing skills to express myself through dance or through my work where I design products and experiences for people. I have danced hip-hop styles (hip-hop, popping, locking) for 8 years then after our group split up, I started delving into partner dances such as salsa, bachata and recently Brazilian zouk which I found in Delft. I enjoy the communication aspect of dance where in a partner dance my goal as a lead is to find harmony and show my partner how beautiful she can be and how much fun can be had no matter when inevitable mistakes happen. My goal in life right now is to travel and experience. To seek discomfort and expand to the fullest myself that I can be. I am eager to learn as much as I can and become a better person making and learning from my mistakes along the way. I enjoy using the body and seeing how it can perform. Currently if I have the chance I would happily go climbing or do any type of water sports, right now doing kayaking and dabbled in surfing a little.

In the netherlands we were able to work on a project with 4 fellow students to redesign and improve an electroacoustic harp instrument (Harp-E) which was an amazing experience.
